A lifelong, self-proclaimed "wantrepreneur," POPS founder Adam Phillips knew he'd find a way to give back. He first came to the Tampa Bay area nearly two decades ago as a business undergrad at USF.

As a Florida native, and in a family of business owners, Adam has had a front row seat to tremendous growth. Well before the POPS dream became a reality, years were spent in the booming home services and home improvement industries. A stint in the financial sector was the reminder needed to follow his entrepreneurial spirit and take the opportunity to make a difference. The desire to help others is seen every day at POPS.

POPS is an homage to the tight-knit family upbringing that Adam was surrounded by growing up and it's a tight-knit, family atmosphere that is recreated inside our warehouse every day. All of our customers, vendors, friends, and associates are the community that makes us great and allows us to prosper. It's a community that we are proud to meet, contribute to, and serve daily.

We started out by independently sourcing specific hardware tools and household electronics. We quickly developed the relationships that lead to our warehouse full of rotating treasure. It was a simple idea with awesome complexities and we've put it all together in the heart of the Sunshine State.
